1) Getting started tutorial for creating sample 3-rd party debugger based on DSF and MI.  This should be a step-by-step procedure that touches on the standard components that are involved.
- How to create a new service.
- How to extend an existing view to show custom data.
2) JavaDocs for all public interfaces and classes and the packages and plugins that contain them.
3) Architectural documentation:
a. Concurrency
b. Services
- Session, 
- OSGI
- Debugger APIs
(i) Structure: object relationships 
(ii) Data flow
c. DM/VM
- Data flow description.
- Theory of relationship between interfaces and abstract implementations.
4) Examples

I'll stake the claim that the DSF tutorial for EclipseCon, pretty well covers this enhancement.
