go to Project -> Properties -> PHP Debug 
change Configuration of the Project's debug prot to a different prot than the 
one set by default
hit Ok

open the configuration again

Results 
debug prot still set to default

The project propeties page does not have any port setting option. This is done 
through the general PHP -> Debug preferences page.
I assume that this bug is reffers to an issue that we had when clicking the 
'Configure Workspace settings...' link and then the modified workspace settings 
are not saved. 
This is fixed now.
