UI will deprecate Total function in all scripts, and users have to define all aggregations using data bindings.

Hence, expression builder needs to remove BIRT function->Total entry. One exceptional case is that, in data binding dialog, expression builder should keep this entry.

After that, chart can remove the expression filter for Total function.

This bug should be fixed in the same milestone as 130686.
We may want to rollback the changes and make these changes in BIRT 2.2 RC1

I am reopening the bug, so we can come to an agreement.

This bug is duplicate with 187178, and is fixed and checked in before. Then the checkin is required roll back. The checkin of DEUtil is roll back, checkins on other files are not tagged in RC0.

Now, check in the fix on DEUtil for this bug again. And all the fixes will be tagged in RC2.
