Cube builder

after the filter dialogs, changes are made to page 20. Back end can now support drag and drop of attributes while linking the groups.

for page 20, can we simplify this to show the field list as a flat list in 2.2?  If we want to make the level key standout, maybe just make the keys using bold font and/or make the attribute indented by several chars?
 
Tree is nice but if it is high cost, maybe it is not a must have?
