Incoming details in task tooltip should strip quoted comment. So, it will be actually possible to see the comment and not the quoted text.

I've moved some magic numbers into constants, but other then that change is quite isolated. See included test case for the implemented cleanups.

Thanks for the patch. I have merged the test case and added the method for processing comment text: TaskDiffUtil.cleanCommentText(). See also comment 1 on bug 234529.
