Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open a plugin.xml editor
2. scroll down a bit
3. set the focus to the package explorer (or another view)
4. click somewhere on the source the plugin.xml

observe: before the caret is positioned where you've clicked, the text editor scrolls to the first line.

This also happens when transferring the focus to the editor using ctrl-f7
