We need to progress monitoring and ability to cancel:

- getContents
- getMembers

Maybe others but those are likely the most important.

Cancellation can be done by wrapping inputstream in the Team cancellation 
input stream.

Adding progress monitors would require change in API.

Consider post 2.0.
