Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create Default MRT and add WSDM Related capabilities
2.Right click on the MRT file and select Codgeneration menu
3.So Codegen window comes up, Enter data in the mandatary fields and click next button
4.Navigates to other window, Here select Axis2 location and check in the Update Preferences check box and click on Finish button
5.When codegen is successfull, noticed that in Window->Preferences->WSDM->Axis2 server location is empty

Could not Generate Javacode for Inbuilt Axis2, once this is fixed, this can be closed
