I would like to see a progress monitor displayed when finishing the generate entity wizard.

I have a wizard which calls the Dali wizard and then displays the list of generated entities. There can be a lag between hitting finish and the time the entities are all generated (especially if many are generated at once). It would be nice for the Dali wizard to give some indication that it is still generating the entities during this time.

I see in the source code you have a "// TODO pass in real ProgressMonitor" comment in execute of GenerateEntitiesAction, so maybe this is already in the plan. Thanks!
