Build 20020503

The new incremental build behaviour without a progress dialog is very dangerous! 
I was able to get deadlock on my first attempt <g>

1) Open two workbench windows
2) Start an incremental build in one window
3) Switch to the other window
4) Select a project, and choose rebuild project

->Deadlock

I will attach the javacore file.

We are aware of the problem and will be submitting a fix today to disable all 
other shells.
