We don't currently default converters for converting between numbers (e.g. int to double, long to int, etc.).

FIXED > 20070428.

Added converters to convert from:
* Number to Byte*
* Number to Short*
* Number to Integer*
* Number to Long*
* Number to Float*
* Number to Double*
* Number to BigInteger
* Number to BigDecimal

(* primitive and boxed)

Added validators to ensure that validation can occur for each conversion.  If the value is out of range an error is returned.
