Description:
Exception is thrown out in Chart builder when you set all null values for Value Series.

Build number:
2.2.0.v20070405-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Bar Chart, set all null value data for Value Series.


Expected result:
No exception is thrown out.

Actual result:
Exception is thrown out (See the screenshot).

The exception is thrown out from chart engine, and chart builder cannot ignore or handle the exception to render the chart correctly. 

Also the chart cannot be drawn in preview (no image generated), and no exception printed out.

Set the default value for the dataset which has all null values, including Numerical and Datetime type.
