Test scenario: TPTP4.4_LogViewerAndImportEnablement
Steps
1-File > Import > Profiling and Logging > Logfile
2-Select Windows System Log
3-import it

Result
DBCS is displayed as ? in LogView. WindowsXP doesn't have this issue

Additional info. some events can display all of text including DBCS. But I cannot find out the pattern.

I tried with a local Japanese Vista machine and this problem seems to be only happened with Windows system log but not with Application log and Security log. Could you confirm this? Thanks.

Attached is the saved agent file which already contains ? in the message field. I will try run with standalone GLA to find out where problems happen.

This seem to be a dup of 170266.
The problem does not only happen on DBCS but also no English Vista machine on certain messages.
