Also remove old links from on the archive server, as the foundation is deleting this service, see bug 181001.

Removed ftp links generated by builder.

Still should remove old ftp links on old builds.

DJ, regarding bug 181637, I will try to fix up the pages so they look more consistent now that the ftp links are gone.
