build i0403

- have views minimized as shown in Figure 1
- restore the views as shown in Figure 2
- shutdown Eclipse
- start Eclipse
- minimize the views

The minimized views will be docked as per Figure 3, and I would expect them to be like in Figure 1.

Will attach screen shots.

This is an issue with me not saving the 'location' of non-visible trim elements in the trim's save/restore cycle...
