New date picker is missing 'today' link at bottom of widget.

It appears to have been intentionally removed in the DateTime widget source. I've posted a comment to bug#19945 asking for background.

h3. UI Review feedback:

* Change all buttons on shell to: "OK", "Cancel"
* Add "Today" link below all shells
* Get rid of "Clear" button on all shells since it's now very nicely situated in the Combo and a less frequent action

Done.  Today link is now a part of the DatePickerPanel
