Until bug 177868 is fixed and the whole website uses a single database of information, please add an "explain..." link to each of the categories page similar to those on the http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ page. Please include a link to the project meta-information decription page: http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/project-status-infrastructure.php 
The goal of the explain links are to inform the project leads how to update the information that appears about their projects on the eclipse.org website.
