Steps To Reproduce:
We need to add properties to all of our (now public) DataModelProperties extensions to support EE5.

Note:  While the properties will be added to the base DataModelProperties, only the EE5 wizard pages will expose them to the user, and only the EE5 InstallDelegates and Operations will make use of them.

The one property for optional xmlDD was added - no plans yet for more...
