Per the meeting TPTP Test Project Weekly Meeting Minutes from 03/12/07, this defect is to implement the fix for action item 3 in defect 168597 as follows:

3.  Make code changes to notify the user via a modal dialog box if the user
tries to record and the security context prevents eclipse from executing
Regedt32.exe.  The notification would tell the user to re-start Eclipse using
the "Run as Administrator" context menu.  Exact wording to be provided later.

The suggested error message is as follows:

To perform an HTTP Recording on Vista, you must right click on eclipse.exe, then click on "Run As Administrator".
