I guess starting Eclipse with low memory bounds and just wait until it happens should do the trick.

Can you be more precise? I can't reproduce the issue
even if Eclipse is started with low memory bounds.

Gave details to Szymon via chat: can't reproduce. No .log. Probably happens on permGen OOME and not normal OOME.

I and Tomek managed to reproduce OOMEs, but they don't cause the endless loop.
