Introducing a new model implementation for the JEE5 namespace.

Will use the new model extension mechanism
Will use non-emf interfaces.
Implementation uses EMF
Generation based on xsd's

I'm changing the expectation for this enhancement.

This will include interface classes for the JEE5 namespace
Implementation could be contributed post R2.0...
