The attached patch:

- makes the Ruby selection engine search for all method/types when scope-aware TI-based search has failed;

- changes the parser to apply dot/colon fixes only when there are errors in the source file;

- changes error reporting in Ruby's DLTK AST builder;

- changes Open Action UI to display a more usable list of types.
