The StatusAdapter objects need properties for carrying extra informations like title, timestamp etc.

The change will make the adapter futerproof, if we need to pass more information to the status handling facility.

I will use the properties for carrying title (173678) and it allows me to get rid of StatusInfo from StatusNotificationManager. StatusInfo decorates IStatus and adds timestamp. I can use the properties for timestamp too.
