Hello,
by merging my BRANCH into HEAD a realised that, it's in current Eclipse (3.2.1) very cumbersome due to following reason.
I choose
Team - Merge on my BRANCH subfolder. As end tag I set HEAD, as start tag I set my merge_tag, what indicates differences from last merge point.
After synchronising I got as diffs all files, not only those logically changed. The reason is, that comparator considers as diff also change in revision, author, time of commit ..
How to avoid this? I need to see only the logical diffs, not technical. I didn't find answer to this in help nor in newsgroups.
