Connect terminal-ssh to build.eclipse.org.
Type "exit" on the remote side so the connection is apparently closed.

The terminal view, however, still shows "connected" state.
It should be notified about the dropped connection and change to "disconnected".

fixed: simplified the reed loop and check for InterruptedIOException

[target cleanup] 2.0 M6 was the original target milestone for this bug
