Steps To Reproduce:
Start the platform using a workspace location that contains a space in its path. Open the XML Catalogue page in the Preferences dialog box, click on "Advanced" and then on "Export". Choose any name for the export file and click on save. A new file is generated in the workspace, but its empty.

Expected behaviour:
The exported file should not be empty, it should contain the XML catalog entries.

As part of the Export feature porting from the preference dialog box to the Export Wizard, this problem has been (indirectly) fixed.
