When only Eclipse Platform is installed, update manager denies installing the Terminal because the dependency on jsch is not satisfied (this is contributed from the CVS client).

I think this dependency should be removed from the specification, because somebody who doesn't have CVS installed will likely not get it from an update site (though the Europa site should be checked for that).
