Steps To Reproduce:
1.right clicking on a ejb project (facet version 3.0) causes an incorrect ejb-jar.xml to be created
2. This is caused by the AbstractClientJarAction querying the project for ejb artifact edit and calling api 'hasEJBClientJARProject' on the artifact edit.
3.the fix is to extract the method 'hasEJBClientJARProject' into a wrapper class ModelExtensionUtil that will create the artifact edit only for projects with an artifact edit.
