build I20070209-1006

1) Move a view to a new location where there were no views before.
2) Minimize that view (it is the only one it its stack)
3) restore that view
4) drag second view to the same location (makes a new tab)
5) minimize the view stack

Notice the minimized stack does not show an icon for the 2nd view, though there is room allocated for it.
