Build id: M20060921-0945

steps to reproduce:

1) stop a webserver gracefully using the stop button in the servers view
2) before it stopps, go to fullscreen mode on some file

result: the button toolbar of the servers pane (run, debug, etc...) is moved to the front and displayed floating, without it's view (see attachment)

Since this also happens with the Platform's Console view (second attachment), this appears to be a problem in the platform, not WTP. Both of these views are just trying to update themselves (Servers view because the server stopped, Console view because the server output its last system.out) normally.

Moving bug to platform team for further investigation.
