Jingle XMPP extension semantics should be integrated into a specific ECF container.

Although this would still be desirable IMHO (a Jingle provider) it doesn't seem likely with existing contributions and changed ECF emphasis (on OSGi Remote Services).  If resources become available for this please feel free to reopen.
