Currently, when you 'Run...' some of our testing launch configurations the '.launch' file changes. The changes appear to be a simple re-ordering (but this should be verified).

We should update our '.launch' files so that they won't change on use (which causes build submission problems because the changes make it appear as though we're trying to submit a workspace with unsaved changes...).
