We have made format changes to the CVS fetch and also added a new GET fetch to the map files.

We need to ensure that we didn't break the RelEng tools and if we did, we should fix them.

I will look at this.

Here is a patch which handles the new format for the CVS tags and skips over fetch types (e.g. GET, SVN) that it doesn't recognize. It also handles version numbers listed by the id, as well as the key/value pairs afterwards.

Note it does NOT handle the case where we have multiple versions of a single plug-in in the map file. I have entered bug 173314 for this.
