Iteration 1: migrate EMFT scripts to work for MDT
Iteration 2: migrate MDT script to build.eclipse.org
Iteration 3: support running builds on one server and tests on another/others

UML2 Tools is promoted, including RSS, release notes, zips and jars. Javadoc is missing but that's because it's not in the build ... yet. ;-)

Now to migrate the rest of EMFT to the new builder/promoter scripts.

First EMFT component (emf.compare) has had a successful build (bug 187659) under the Modeling infrastructure, so this bug can be closed.
