Add an entry to the TPTP 4.2 Release notes regarding the requirement that the parsing process must be started with Administrator access when parsing or importing the Windows Security event log. See bugzilla 168855 for more details.
The same item should be added to the 4.3 Release Notes. Add information that only users with Administrator privileges can import or parse the security log on all versions of Windows and for Vista, the user needs to perform the additional step of starting the process as administrator
See http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/webcontent/readme_selfServe.html for info on adding release notes.
Added items to the Monitoring Tools readme.xml for both 4.2 and 4.3.
As of TPTP 4.6.0, TPTP is in maintenance mode and focusing on improving quality by resolving relevant enhancements/defects and increasing test coverage through test creation, automation, Build Verification Tests (BVTs), and expanded run-time execution. As part of the TPTP Bugzilla housecleaning process (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Bugzilla_Housecleaning_Processes), this enhancement/defect is verified/closed by the Project Lead since this originator of this enhancement/defect has an inactive Bugzilla account and considered to be fixed. If this enhancement/defect is still unresolved and reproducible in the latest TPTP release (http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/), please re-open.
