Both the isPartiallyValid and isValid inside IValidator return a ValidationError.  A ValidationError can have two types ERROR or WARNING.  If the isValid or isPartiallyValid returns a ValidationError that is a warning the Bind still prohibits the model from being updated.  Shouldn't the model be updated if it is just a warning?

The ability to return multiple statuses for a binding was added in bug 169637.  This means that WARNING and INFO no longer terminate updates.  Marking as duplicate of 169637.
