Implemented.

Some special cases are not supported:
1. tif/tiff, bmp images are not supported.
2. CJK fonts, such as STSong-light, are not supported.

The git commit for this seems to be https://git.eclipse.org/c/birt/org.eclipse.birt.git/commit?id=f6143db3e4135c38827828a20094ca5450110e4b

It includes a single configurable option, psLevel (in PostscriptRenderOption.java). But that option does not appear to ever be actually read by any of the code.

Furthermore, this appears to still be the case in 2013. Can someone clarify what was (and is) intended here?
