Build ID: M20060921-0945 Steps To Reproduce: 1. Create a new AGR test suite and add a simple test case which creates a Java Project 2. Change the context of the test case in the overview tab to point to a remote workbench on a Windows XP host (with RAC running) 3. Run the test suite in standard mode 4. Test hangs at 57% with no error message. More information: I have tried stopping/ re-starting both RACs and enabling/disabling security. I am running both Eclipse and the RAC as administrator. I have success running the test suite in any other local context with security disabled.
Liz, You need a deployment file to be able to launch an AGR test suite remotely. I'm not sure how you're able to run a remote test suite by only changing the context under the overview page.
I had created a deployment file, location and artifact for the test and still had this error. My apologies for not including this info in the directions to run in standard mode.
After further attempts I was able to get remote AGR tests working when security is disabled. I am resolving this defect as a duplicate of 168948 which covers launching AGR tests with security enabled. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 168948 ***
