Description Marcin Okraszewski CLA 2006-12-20 08:43:28 EST
After some discussion on dev list (liks below) we came into idea that we are missing one parameter in repository definition - content-format. This would define what is the format of information kept in the repository.

Example - a team member repository.
- content-type holds information that repository keeps information about team members
- content-format keeps information about format the team members are kept; it might be XML in Corona format, XML in Compuware format or JDBC in format of Company X.
- access-type holds information about storage: file in CVS, WebDAV, etc.

So far content-format was merged into either content-type or access-type.

See mailing list threads (for some reason there are only 2-3 emails per thread even though they are in a single thread):

Comment 1 Marcin Okraszewski CLA 2006-12-20 08:45:55 EST
The biggest question is when should it be done?
- we have already to many tasks for M7
- in February two of us are going for 2 week holiday (me and Piotr)
- in March we need to have an API freeze, if we want to be in Europa
Comment 2 Marcin Okraszewski CLA 2007-01-02 11:20:59 EST
According to Europa guidelines we have API freeze on Apr 6.

we have changed the model and these types of properties can easily be added into the properties map of the new Corona EMF model
