Steps To Reproduce:
1. Launch Eclipse
2. Go to "Help > Software Updates > Find and Install . . ."
3. Select "Search for updates of the currently installed features" and hit "Finish"
4. One update shows up for org.eclipse.sdk with version Eclipse Project SDK 3.2.1.r321_v20060801-tQ1w49KnTArT0FZ
5. After following the wizard steps to install it, I restart Eclipse
6. When I re-run the Software Update it finds the same update again

More information:
Upon startup after the install I get the following in the Error log
