This makes me go insane:

1. Double click on a change in the synchronize view
Is:
 Compare editor opens and another running application then eclipse is brought to front and takes focus. Only works if compare editor for the opened file is not already open.

This is especially confusing if the other application is a running eclipse instance as well...

I'm running on Win XP SP2
