Steps To Reproduce:
1.  All I have to do is wait a day or tell eclipse to update installed features.
2.  It downloads and installs Eclipse Project SDK 3.2.1.r321_v20060801-tQ1w49KnTArT0FZ

More information:
Everything seems to install correctly, but tomorrow it does it again.
