Based on user feedback we've decided to restore a number of the 'stack' modification GUI hooks. At elast the following:

- Dragging into/out of minimized stacks
- Closing a view in a minimized stack

Fixed as of >20070228...

You may now drag views between the presentation and into / out of view stacks in the trim (including the legacy fast view bar).

There is a context menu affordance to close a view in a minimized view stack.
