Steps To Reproduce:
1.Start Eclipse
2.Wait for Automatic Update search
3.see "org.eclipse.platform_3.2.1.r321_v20060921-b_XVA-INSQSyMtx"
4. Install patch
REPEAT



More information:
Despite having installed it 3 or more times, the Automatic Updater finds Update "org.eclipse.platform_3.2.1.r321_v20060921-b_XVA-INSQSyMtx" every time it starts up.  Inspection of the directories show the patch directory is present with content in it.

A search on several terms failed to show a similar bug report.
