Steps To Reproduce:
1.Run an eclipse.
2.Run a new workbench through the eclipse. Set the VM arguments with "-Duser.language=tr" to change the new workbench's locale to Turkey locale.
3.Create a new dynamic web application.
4.Create a JSP file.
5.Double click the jsp file.
6.On the right of the jsp file editor, there is a jsp content assistant. Right click some jsp node and add some tags which the assistant lists out.
7.If the tag added contains character "i". Problem occurs.

Actually, I'm going to reopen this bug and unduplicate it because this bug is not about validation warnings, but about content assist.

I cannot seem to reproduce this problem anymore in a recent wtp 2.0.1 build.  I'm going to resolve as "worksforme" rather than "fixed" because no code was put in to specifically fix this bug, but it was probably fixed by bug 100152 & bug 171918.
