Steps:
1. Create task
2. Activate task
3. Delete task
4. Press Ctrl+F9 and select task

The task is back in the task list.

We now remove tasks from the TaskActivationHistory when they are deleted.  As for the open task dialog, this doesnt seem to be affected anymore.
