Steps to reproduce:

- Open a task with incoming changes, like a new comment.
- The comment is initially expanded and highlighted.
- Close the task and reopen again.
- The comment is collapsed because it was read previously (ok), but if you expand it, it is still highlighted.

Fixed. Read comments are no longer highlighted, recent comments remain expanded (but eventually fold upon subsequent bug activity).
