A "Must do" of Europa Simultaneous Release
Corona uses many 3rd party jars that have not yet been IP approved. However, it should be expected that eventually libraries will approved and included in Orbit. Therefore, it is required to have both a mechanism of standalone jar download and Orbit jar download.

Bundles that are available in Orbit are consumed in Corona build. New bundles will be added in build as they will be approved and made available in Orbit.
