A "Must do" Europa Release
Projects must optimize their update site using  pack200  to reduce bandwidth utilization and provide a better update experience for users. Additionally, they should do site digesting.

New targets were added to customTarget.xml. They generate update site during the build, repack it using pack200 and generate site digest. It is additionally required to have at least one feature.properties file in at least one feature. The site will be copied to download location when that will be known.
