The search dialog needs mnemonics on its tab like we have elsewhere in Eclipse 
(like in the Java Code Formatter).

I have opend a bug 18085 regarding conflict of mnemonic added for Help Search 
tab with mnemonic used for Choose button on other search pages.  The decision 
is not to use mnemonics on the tabs.  It means undoing the changes done to add 
mnemonics.
